Incharge Wellness provides organizational performance psychology, managerial emotional intelligence training, proactive burnout mitigation, and scheduled consultative mental wellbeing sessions.

All proprietary methodologies, MindTraps® frameworks, assessment tools, written copy, brand marks, and visual assets on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Incharge Wellness. No material may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or repurposed for commercial use without prior written authorization.
4. Institutional Enquiries & Proposals
Submitting an enquiry form or receiving a preliminary proposal does not constitute a binding engagement until a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) is mutually executed by authorized representatives.
5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information when submitting forms. You agree not to disrupt the website infrastructure, submit automated or malicious payloads, or attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems or CRM portals.
6. Limitation of Liability
